Fierce: Women in Music serves as both a celebratory and educational platform, focusing on the "power players" and the "Feminissance" of women taking control of their narratives in the music industry, hosted by Lori Majewski.
I wanted to step out of the box and tune into the host's personality and preferences. 3D typography is fun, playful, and stands out (pun intended). It makes the type feel palpable and realistic, something beyond its original significance. With keywords energetic and fierce, it is easy to lean into tropes. And since the 80s were the decade of optimism,
I chose bright, memorable colors to evoke that feeling creating a nostalgic connection to the era's vibrancy.
Lori Majewski chose this design out of 3 creative artworks. The design was successful because it aligned with the host's personality and vision for a loud and powerful representation of The Fierce: Women in Music Podcast, fostering a sense of authenticity, strength, and connection with the audience.
